In this example a Keyence laser micrometer is used to perform (2) diametrical measurements on a product to verify part diameter and out-of-roundness flaws.

Allied develops systems to perform many measurement tasks and feature verifications. The featured machine tool is used to perform a number of measurements (gauging, air pressure, hole presence etc.) on automotive lash adjusters prior to the machining operation. This system processes approximately 200 pieces per minute.
