This machine groups pipettes in the proper quantities for bagging as they come out of a printing machine. A cleated conveyor driven by a clutch/brake operated gear motor indexes the pipettes into position to be off-loaded. The pipettes are then pushed into a tilting bagging shoe so that an operator can easily bag the pipettes.

This system is used to collate and present radiator fins for final assembly of radiator cores. Fins are fed into this system directly from the fin forming machine at a rate of approximately 1 per second, where they are stacked into specific sized bundles required in final assembly.
