Cosmetic product handling application

This system is used to re-orient and transport lipstick products into a tamper proof bander. The system transitions product from a synchronous system to a constant speed cleated conveyor. The system processes up to 50 parts per minute.

This system is used for the assembly of mower decks. The decks are lowered onto carriage frames for transport through a number of assembly stations. Un-assembled decks are loaded on one end of the system, and finished decks are removed from the other end. Operators on both sides of the conveyor install components at each station.

Key Features

The system incorporates an automatic carriage return. As decks are finished, the operator lowers the carriage onto a transport track, where they are automatically moved to the other end of the system.
The system incorporates storage for all components that are installed into the mower deck.
