These work cells incorporate the flexibility to handle 25 different valves types, and Inspect the assembly of these valves for proper component quantity and orientation.At the core of the machines are (8) position Stelron indexers. Weber screwdrivers install a mounting stud to a specific depth and torque. An impact marking system applies the appropriate part number and Julian date code.
The Control is an Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 with a Cutler Hammer Operator interface panel.
